One downside, though, is that not only are new car prices still pretty high, but SUVs often don’t get the best gas mileage, either.

Our friends over at Consumer Reports recently released a list of the best hybrid SUVs for less than $35,000, as well as a list of the best ones between $35,000 and $45,000.
