Both MPVs get differently designed lower bumper and fog lamp housings. At the rear, there are no changes made to the MPVs except the replacement of the logo, it gets the same bumper design.

Moving inside, the Toyota Rumion and Maruti Ertiga get the same dashboard layout with the same set of features which Includes a 7-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Arkamys sound system and automatic climate control and a three-row, seven-seat layout. Safety features include four airbags, ABD with EBD, an electronic stability program and seat belt reminders for all seats.

The Rumion is powered by the same 1.5-litre K Series petrol engine that produces 102.4 hp and 137 Nm of torque.
